“With a background in dance, fitness, and cheer since a very young age, I didn’t initially like the stillness of yoga. After a year of practicing yoga to help me heal from a low back injury, I was surprised to be so drawn to the stillness and the overwhelming sense of peace and joy I found again in myself.” I love weaving psychology and self love into every one of my classes to promote healing physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Mallory is known for her authentic voice, playful, heartfelt, powerful vinyasa flow teaching and her healing YINyang classes. She encourages growth of the mental, physical and spiritual self to help guide you to show up and shine in your life. Her goal is to help you thrive in life by nurturing your mind, body, and soul.
TRAINING: E-RYT 200 & RYT-500. Mallory completed her 200hr certification and her 500hr certification at the Asheville School of Yoga with Stephanie Keach with an emphasis on Yoga Therapy. Mallory loves being a student and attends many trainings, workshops and retreats under Seane Corn, Gary Krafstow/ Viniyoga Therapy, Kathryn Budig, Leslie Kaminoff, David Keller, her mentor Jen Smith and many other inspirational teachers in Tampa and beyond.
